RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

1. Returns
   Eligibility: You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
   Ineligible Items: The following items cannot be returned:
   Final sale items
   Used or worn items
   Customized or personalized products
2. Request a Return
   To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team at tnpqte07@hotmail.com or 18964175696. Please include your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions.
3. Shipping Costs
   Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or defective.
   Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
   Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect it and notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
   If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process. Once you receive your returned item, you may place a new order for your desired item.
6. Sale Items
   Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
   If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can process it.
